Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: $5.95 (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: $12.95 (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping: $24.95 (1 business day)
International Shipping
We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Typical delivery times:
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-21 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 14-28 business days
- Rest of World: 14-35 business days
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm PST Monday through Friday are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Grey Packaging Promise
Every order arrives in our signature grey packaging. We use:
- Grey recycled cardboard boxes
- Grey tissue paper
- Grey packing materials (made from recycled newspaper)
- Grey paper tape
- A grey thank-you card
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your grey. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges.
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Full refund to original payment method
- Free return shipping on defective items or incorrect orders
- Standard returns: $5.95 return shipping fee deducted from refund
How to Return
- Email returns@greysundries.com with your order number
- Receive a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack items securely (grey packaging preferred but not required)
- Drop off at any USPS location
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Exchanges
Need a different size or want to swap for another grey item? We're happy to help. Email exchanges@greysundries.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for. We'll send you a prepaid return label and ship your new item as soon as we receive the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or something other than what you ordered (including—heaven forbid—something that isn't grey), please contact us immediately at help@greysundries.com. Include photos if possible. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Personal care items (soap, bath bombs, toothbrushes)
- Candles (if burned)
- Food items (we don't currently sell any, but just in case)
